Job Description & Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.

• Physically and Mentally able to perform duties

• Must withstand extreme heat and cold weather on the job.

• Possesses good judgment and initiative in performing job tasks.

• Ability to read, communicate, and follow directions.

• Neat and clean in appearance.

• Has current personnel file, health status.

• Prompt and regular in attendance.

• General knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping is helpful.

• Mechanical knowledge of mowers, lawn equipment, etc.

• Must have valid driver’s license.

• Must cooperate well with others, ex. co-workers, patients, residents, and the public.
