The registration department is open from 7 am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday. After hours and weekend registration is performed through our Emergency Department.

The following information is required when registering for an inpatient, outpatient or clinic visit:

• Copy of Current Insurance, Medicare, or MoHealthnet (formally Missouri Medicaid) Card
• Original Physician Order for treatment, admission or outpatient testing
• Current Phone number and valid physical and mailing address

The business office staff at Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems works diligently with you and your insurance carriers to receive accurate, prompt payments for you hospital and clinic visits.

All medical claims are submitted electronically and abide by all privacy standards set forth in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, better known as HIPAA.
